Charles Kowaleski
Governmental Affairs Associate
C.J. Kowaleski has been a mainstay at PG&H for over ten years. C.J. is responsible for the tracking and monitoring of legislative and administrative issues for clients, researching and preparing public policy briefs and providing clients with real-time media updates. He is the eyes and ears of the firm at the State Capitol and manages the day-to-day operations.
C.J. holds a BA in History from the University of Connecticut and lives in Middletown with his young family.

Charles attained his History degree from the University of Connecticut in 2015 and has been working as an Associate Lobbyist ever since.
Previously worked as a legislative intern for the 2014 Session
Following his graduation, C.J. was hired back in a full-time capacity and has immediately become a factor, not only in the Firm’s legislative objectives but also in our day-to-day functions.
